Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients with acute clavicle fracture referring to our institution and age >18.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Unwilling to participate or unable to attend to follow-up investigations - Linguistic barriers impeding comprehension of the study material - Amputations at the level of the humerus or below - Fixed elbow contractures with extension deficit > 50° - Previous surgery for scoliosis corrections, surgery on the thoracic cage or scapulae
