The study focuses on work processes and repetitive routine tasks in the daily care routine of nursing staff, in which support can be provided by a service robot. Requirements for the design of human-robot collaboration to support and relieve nursing staff in their everyday tasks in an inpatient care setting.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Arm 1: - Occupation as a certified nurse (if necessary also nursing assistant) in a nursing facility or a comparable, (partially) inpatient facility - Participants should be proficient in the German language. Arm 2: - Occupation as a certified nurse (if necessary also nursing assistant) in a nursing facility or a comparable, (partially) inpatient facility - Participants should be proficient in the German language. - Experience in work with a robotic system in their own care facility
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Arm 1: - Nursing staff or assistants who are still in training - Occupation in no comparable (partially) inpatient facility Arm 2: - Nurses or auxiliaries who are still in training - Occupation in no comparable (semi-) inpatient facility - no experience in working with a robotic system in their own care facility
