Group 1: Low-intensity functional circuit training with 20-40% of the heart rate reserve or 50-64% of the maximum heart rate (15 exercises, 20 sec load, 10 sec break) Group 2: Moderately intensive fun

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Voluntary participation and informed consent - Understanding of the investigation (full legal capacity) - regular sports activity (= 3 hours/week)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Taking perception-altering substances and painkillers - Acute injuries or serious illnesses (cardiovascular/pulmonary/renal dysfunction, neurological/psychological diseases, advanced degenerative diseases of the musculoskeletal system, incompletely healed sports injuries) that affect the quality of life or physical performance - Pregnancy/nursing period
