Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Voluntary participation and consent - Understanding of the nature, scope, significance and consequences (full legal capacity) - regular sports activity (= 5 hrs/week) with strength training experience

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - intake of perception-altering substances and/or painkillers - acute injuries or serious diseases (cardiovascular/pulmonary/renal dysfunction, neurological/psychological diseases, advanced degenerative diseases of the musculoskeletal system, incompletely healed sports injuries) that affect the quality of life and/or physical performance - Pregnancy/nursing period
