Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All persons who can give informed consent and age 18 or older who present for diagnostic colonoscopy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patiens presenting for polypectomy/EMR Inflamatory bowel disease Serious illness including advanced cancer Poor health status (ASA IV-V) Pregnancy Anticoagulation

Rate of missed adenomas ans sessile serrated adenomas by AI system

Rate of missed polyps by AI (polyp miss rate) Missed adenomas and SSA according to different subgroups (size 1-4mm, 5-10mm, >10mm; macroscopic appearance (flat/polypoid), histology) Withdrawal time ADR with and without AI system
