Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Hospitalized patients aged 18 years or older with a positive test for SARS-CoV2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No exclusion criteria will be applied given the observational nature of this registry.

Design outcomes

Primary

Measure	Time frame
1) Fatal or non-fatal VTE Events; 2) Fatal or non-fatal cardiovascular Events encompassing stroke and myocardial infarction; 3) All-cause death occurring during first hospitalization for COVID-19.	—

Secondary

Measure	Time frame
1) Baseline prevalence of cardiovascular risk factors and use of specific medications (statins, ACE inhibitors); 2) Length of hospitalization; 3) Prevalent use of in-hospital thromboprophylaxis; 4) Course of laboratory biomarkers (D-dimer, troponin).	—
