Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
(1) Interaction effects (difference of Pre-Post changes between both groups) on pain intensity (CPI) and disability (DIS) according to a questionnare with a numerical analog scale (von Korff et al., 1992). Korff, M. von, Ormel, J., Keefe, F. J., and Dworkin, S. F. 1992. Grading the severity of chronic pain. Pain 50, 2, 133–149.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
(1) Interaction effects other parameters: 1.1 Isometric trunk flexion / extension 1.2 Stability in unilateral standing (Centre of Pressure) 1.3 Motor performance in Counter Movemen Jump 1.4 Mobility of the spine (Range of Motion) (2) Cross-sectional study mobility on PRE measurement: 2.1 Asymmetries / alterations of mobility in sagittal and frontal plan (flexion / extension and lateral flexion) 2.2 Correlation between back pain and asymmetrie 2.3 Correlation between age / rowing experience and asymmetries (3) Evaluation of feasibilty and acceptance according to a questionnare
