Group 1: The activity behaviour of adolescents and young adults with rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases will be recorded objectively on 7 consecutive days during all waking hours by accelerometry

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age = 12 to 20 years; diagnosed patients with JIA, jDM, jSLE; duration of diagnosis =6 months; physician's global assessment of disease activity < 4 (numerical rating scale 0-10); existence of a declaration of consent to participate in ActiMON and the national padiatric rheumatological database
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: recent surgery that temporarily impairs activity behavior; neurological, cardiac or lung disease that limits physical activity, cortisone treatment > 0.2 mg/kg body weight or > 10mg/day within the last 4 weeks; intra-articular steroid injection in the last 4 weeks; pregnant or nursing women; participation in concurrent behavioral or exercise therapy (intervention) studies; insufficient knowledge of German, which precludes understanding the study information
