Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients (age >18 years, no restrictions regarding gender and ethnic origin) who were examined as part of the NAPKON HAP cohort (as a result of a proven (PCR test) COVID-19 disease) and underwent one or more cranial MRI scan will included in the analysis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Patients without cranial MRI examination - Lack of proof of COVID-19 disease - Contraindication for MR imaging (metal, renal insufficiency, lack of compliance)

MeasureTime frame
Symptom severity: fatigue The study population includes all patients of the HAP cohort of NAPKON in the recovery phase of COIVD-19 that underwent a cranial MRI scan (follow-up visits after 3, 6 and 12 months). All study testing will be based on a 5% significance level. As the study character is mainly exploratory, no alpha adjustment will be made for multiple testing.
