Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - > 60 years - Sporty inactive and active - normal blood pressure
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - < 60 years - Contraindicators (serious cardiovascular diseases such as cardiac arrhythmias, lung diseases, renal insufficiency, etc.)

| The participating test persons are divided into different groups based on a questionnaire on sports biographies, which are compared based on their achieved performance in the test procedures. Group 1: sporty active over the lifetime Group 2: No sports activity Group 3: active sports from adult age Group 4: active sports from late adulthood Group 5: active in sports only in children and youth Age At the end of the course we will look at the extent to which the individual groups differ from each other and what the effects of the sports biography are on the motor and cognitive abilities tested. | — |
