Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women> 50, men> 60, low-energy trauma, femoral neck fracture, insured patients with participating health insurance companies

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women <50, men <60, cancer diagnosis, pre-existing immobility, private patient, dialysis
