Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: inclusion criteria age > 18 years, self-admission without prior contact to a physician, no chronic illness already treated at our university hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: chronic illness treated at our hospital, age<18, any non self-admission (paramedics etc), contact to physician before comin in ED
