Group 1: Patients with primary hyperparathyroidism and normal serum calcium: Measurement of the parathyroid hormone level, Ca and Vit D in the blood and performance of an FDG PET to detect any storage

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elevated parathyroid hormone in primary hyperparathyroidism

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Parathyroid hormone in the normal range (<65), secondary or tertiary hyperparathyroidism

Differences in bone metabolism concerning T scores and TBS between normo- and hypercalcemic patients with PHPT

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Furthermore, differences in PET CT uptake in the patient groups will be investigated.
