Interventions

Group 1: Patients with hydropic decompensated liver cirrhosis are observed regarding mortality and the occurance of a hepatorenal syndrom after measuring the renal resistance index with doppler sonogr

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: liver cirrhosis, aszites, age >=18, signed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: chronic kidney disease grade 4 or higher, dekompensated heart failure, maligne aszites, acute pancreatitis, pregnancy, breast feeding, other conditions which can compromise the judgement of the patient or his participation in the study
