Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients without neurological diseases from the age of 18 with tinnitus/dizziness and pain in the head/cervical region. Patients who speak and understand German well.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Basic neurological diseases - Pre-surgery on ear and neck - Known vascular anomalies in the skull or cervical spine - Severe cognitive impairment - Test refusal by the patient - Persons under 18 - Acute injuries or diseases - Patients who do not agree to participate

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Is there a parallel development of muscle status and the symptoms tinnitus or dizziness? Tinnitus Handycap Inventory? The end point is determined after completion of manual therapy.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Changes in the Dizziness Handicap Inventory (DHI). Changes in the self-designed questionnaire and in the examination form.
