Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: • Age between 18 and 70 years admitted to our epilepsy centre for both outpatient and inpatient care
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • Participants with a medical or a psychiatric condition that, in the opinion of the Investigator, could jeopardize or compromise the patient’s own health or ability to participate in the study: for example patients with status epilepticus, acute psychosis, acute respiratory distress, or participants with significant cognitive disorders etc.

| Prevalence of vitamin D deficiency (25OHD < 20ng/ml). Participants will be given an information brochure and invited to ask any questions of clarification, and then asked to sign informed consent after having fully understood. Then, a blood draw will be performed as a part of the routine exam, taking an additional 9ml of blood to extract serum for testing of 25OHD level. | — |
