Inclusion criteria: Critically ill patients who require endotracheal intubation in the emergency room

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No need for advanced Airwaymanagement in the ER

The primary goal is to examine the first pass success rate of intubation using video laryngoscopy.	—

Secondary

Measure	Time frame
The secondary outcome is the measurement of the quality of the airway management in our emergency room with regard to the heterogeneous previous experience of the medical colleagues working in the emergency room.	—
