Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Patients with COPD GOLD I- IV (FEV1 <100%, FEV1/IVC < LLN (=Z- score =1,645)) - Signed declaration of consent - Patient age = 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Already established, terminal invasive ventilation - Patient age < 18 years - Deafness - Mental retardation

MeasureTime frame
Descriptive study, therefore no classical endpoints. Hypothesis: Patients with COPD wish for more detailed information about their own disease, initiated by the treating medical team, in order to form an educated opinion about their own wishes for the future. Improved education has the potential to lead to a reduced number of unwanted maximum therapy sessions.
