Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of acute ischemic stroke with NIHSS = 6 on admission or indication for mechanical thrombectomy within the first 24 hours after index stroke. Age >= 18 years. Informed consent of the Patient or of legal guardian of the patient, or of an independent physician (in case of missing compliance or missing legal guardian). Sufficient knowledge of German language.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participation in an intervention / AMG study in order to monitor the natural course of cardiovascular diseases as well as comorbidities. Participation in a track device or surgical study that might affect platelet function or outcome of stroke within the last three months. Missing informed consent.
