Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: BMI: 18,5 – 29,9 kg/m2, non-smoker for at least 3 months, written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, hypertriglyceridemia, diabetes mellitus, antihypertensiva, lipid-lowering drugs, other medications with influence on vascular markers or lipids, diseases of gastrointestinal tract, kidneys and heart, lymphedema, removal of the axillary lymph nodes, pleuris, paresis, tremor, spasm, venous or arterial vessel accesses and dialysis shunts, cardiac pacemaker, (planned) pregnancy, lactation, planned changes in lifestyle, regular intake of supplements which might affect vascular health and serum lipids
