40 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) 40-79 years of age (at least 40 years and at most 79 years old) (2) Diagnosis of idiopathic Parkinson's disease (for patients only) according to the UK Brain Bank criteria (3) Hoehn & Yahr stage = 3 (in drug-on state) (only for patients) (4) No gang blockages in the past six months (5) Ability to complete the 6 test runs without gait aids and without fatigue

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Orthopedic or neurological comorbidity with functionally relevant restrictions on mobility or gait (2) Everyday cognitive impairment (3) Severe depression or psychosis with disease value (4) pronounced dyskinesias in the ON state (5) Coronary artery disease with unstable angina (6) Kamptocormia over 20 ° or pisa syndrome (7) Gait blockages from smooth walking in the past six months (8) History of balance problems or one of the following tests: Romberg test, tandem gear, pull test (only applies to patients, insofar not caused by parkinson's)
