Inclusion criteria: Reachability by telephone, presence of a signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: depression or other psychosomatic diseases, severe motor, visual, auditory and/or cognitive limitations, presence of a legal representative

The aim of the study is to identify the requirements of elderly people for a coaching system for confident handling of the electronic patient file. Structured interviews will be carried out for the survey.
