Inclusion criteria: Age requirements, no previous experience in martial arts

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: previous experiences in karate kumite

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To compare the quality of the technique execution, key points of the movement will be compiled by experts. By using video recordings from several perspectives, the technique of each individual test person will be evaluated. Components of the movement (arm position, leg position, synchronicity of movement, etc.) will be recorded and compared.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The quality of movement will be determined and compared for each differently trained group.
