Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: • Ability to give consent and signed declaration of consent • Age between 18-80 years • At least one of the following diseases: obesity, obesity with comorbidity, type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, hyperlipidemia • Another cohort (control group 1) are outpatients or inpatients who do not have any of the above 5 diseases, but another disease • In addition, a group of healthy volunteers is included (control group 2)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and breastfeeding women
