Group 1: Patients with osteoarthritis of the hip and/or knee joint are observed performing osteoarthritis-specific exercises.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed hip and/or knee joint arthrosis, ability to consent to participate in the study, age over 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Inability to give consent (clear cognitive deficits), lack of knowledge of the German language, severe internal or neurological underlying disease, severe joint contractures that prevent correct execution of the exercises, hip, knee and ankle arthrodeses, unstable or non-stable fractures, severe osteoporosis

Agreement between app-based corrections and corrections by physiotherapists based on the target values sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value (PPW) and negative predictive value (NPW), agreement between the number of individual exercises assessed as "correct" by the app and the number of individual repetitions assessed as correct by the physiotherapists, qualitative assessment of movement performance by the physiotherapists (Likert scale).

Usability based on the results of the uMARS (User Mobile App Rating Scale) - one-time survey after the exercise, pain-specific self-efficacy (FESS), comparative survey before and after the exercise, interrater reliability of the physiotherapists
