Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Construction worker, powerful in German, participation in the prevention measure after 02.01.2011

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: not male, younger than 18, older than 65, not able to speak German

4 measuring times: T1: before the first three-week KK, T2: after the first three-week KK, T3: during the first one-week refresher course T4: during the second one-week refresher course
