Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Preceding inpatient or outpatient neurological rehabilitation by the German Pension Insurance Baden-Württemberg (DRV BW) or the Federal Government (DRV Bund). The insured person is in an employment relationship subject to social insurance contributions. If discharged from rehabilitation, there is incapacity to work, positive prognosis that the capacity for the last professional activity can be reached again. The place of residence/work of the participant must be such that the rehabilitation centre can be reached within 45 minutes by car. The integration takes place in the activity the participant was engaged in before the illness. The participant and his/her employer agree to participate in START.

Exclusion criteria: No knowledge of German. Retirement age reached
