Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: normal weight; non-smoking; mental health; existence of a declaration of consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy; acute or chronic diseases; respiratory diseases; regular intake of medication (except contraceptives; pain medication < 500mg); very high physical activity (cut-off via BSA-F)

(1) Establishing a valid (convergent validity for both organsystems and the MAIA-II) and reliable (Re-test > 0.7) testparadigm for the measurement of interoceptive prediction accuracy on the nociceptive and respiratory system.

Secondary

(2) Connection between interoceptive prediction accuracy and subclinical psychosomatic symptoms (SCL).
