Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients who present themselves in the general, open consultation hours of the university outpatient clinic of the ENT Clinic Freiburg and report otological symptoms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients under 18 years; mother language not German; cognitive limitations
