Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All outpatients with an inflammatory rheumatic disease and being treated at Rheumazentrum Ruhrgebiet.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: insufficient knowledge of German, Patients with cognitive or psychological comorbidity that prevents reliable answers to the questions
