Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Patients undergoing tumor surgery in the field of ear, nose and throat or maxillofacial surgery under general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Non-consenting patients - Age under 18 years - Pregnancy - Opiate abuse

Investigation of the functionality and efficiency of measuring intraoperative nociception (using defined pain stimuli such as intubation, skin incision, tracheotomy)

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Registration of opioid-related side effects (hypotension, nausea, vomiting) and postoperative / chronic pain, as well as individual differences in opioid sensitivity
