Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: diagnosed non-small lung cancer carcinoma (NSCLC) anatomic pulmonary resection informed consent given age > 18 years Karnofsky Performance Index Scale > 80% ECOG score > 1 no prior onocologial findings (past 20 years)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: cognitive skills are not sufficient for participation German proficiency skills are not sufficient
