Inclusion criteria: - relapsing or progressive forms of MS - Residence in the Federal State of Lower Saxony

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: insufficient knowledge of the German language

- Care needs in Lower Saxony (indicators: total number of MS patients, distribution of forms and severity, average number of relapses, among others) - Care needs from the patient perspective o Doctor-patient communication o Holistic approach, appropriateness, accessibility, time/location based care structures o Family/occupation planning (future perspective) - Regional comparisons of supply structures and processes o Number of neurologists in Lower Saxony and their regional distribution o Number of relapses per year and waiting time until treatment stratified by region o Number of indication-related hospitalisations stratified by region - Care of the sick, the use of services and the costs depending on the form of the disease, the degree of disability and the duration of the illness and the region - Patient Reported Outcomes (PRO) such as general health status, health-related quality of life
