Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: minimum training volume of 10 hours/week; active participation in national and international competitions in the past 6 months; physical and mental health

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Failure to meet the inclusion criteria; acute or chronic diseases or injuries of the neuromuscular system; all surgical procedures on the lower extremities in the past 18 months

Therefore, the aim of this observational descriptive study is to compare the contractile properties of the knee joint extensors and flexors of the game and standing leg of judoka recorded by TMG in order to identify possible imbalances and asymmetries. The data collected will also serve as a reference for future studies with Judoka.
