Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Ability to give consent - command of the German language - patients/relatives must be physically and cognitively able to conduct a 10-minute interview

Exclusion criteria: - patients/relatives not able to give consent - not all inclusion criteria fulfilled, if necessary in - patients and their relatives in other regional and national clinics
