Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Ability to give consent - command of the German language - patients/relatives must be physically and cognitively able to conduct a 10-minute interview

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - patients/relatives not able to give consent - not all inclusion criteria fulfilled, if necessary in - patients and their relatives in other regional and national clinics

- Recording of the mental stress caused by visitation restrictions in the context of the Corona Virus Pandemic in relatives of inpatients (cross-section) - Recording of changes in the mental stress of inpatients and relatives during prolonged visitation restrictions (longitudinal section) - Recording of characteristics of communication between inpatients and relatives in the home and in everyday life (pre-corona) - Recording of characteristics of communication between inpatients and their relatives when visitation restrictions were not yet in place (pre-corona - Assessment of understanding and attitudes towards visitation restrictions - communication channels changes) between inpatients and their relatives during visitation restrictions due to the Corona Virus Pandemic - Identification of links between mental stress due to visitation restrictions and risk factors such as age, diagnosis, hospital experience, physical limitations, etc. - Identification of alternative ways of communication during a visit restriction	—
