Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Ischemic or hemorrhagic right hemispheric stroke (confirmed by imaging); - early subacute phase (7-80 days after stroke); - age = 18 years; - presence of visual-spatial neglect; - Walking ability: Functional Ambulation Categories (FAC) 0-2; -ability for aided standing for 15 min under stable cardiavascular conditions; - SSV> 2 °; - ability to comprehend or follow instructions and are willing and able to give consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - History of severe alcoholism or drug abuse, severe psychiatric illnesses such as depression, psychosis (if not in remission); - previous history of stroke; - severe cognitive deficits; - participation in further interventional studies; - contraindications based on the manufacturer for use Thera-Trainer Lyra
