Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Cardiac Surgery with the use of cardiopulmonary bypass 2. Age > 18 years 3. Informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Historiy of acute kidney injury 2. chronic kidney disease with a glomerular filtration rate < 20 ml/min 3. Dialysis-dependent chronic kidney insufficiency 4. Kidney transplant within the last 12 months 5. Liver failure 6. Primary or secondary hyperaldosteronism 7. Pregnancy or nursing period 8. Persons with any kind of dependency on the investigator or employed by the sponsor or investigator
