Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patient presented himself/herself between 01/01/2019 and 31/12/2021 in the emergency department of the Clinic and Polyclinic for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Psychosomatics and Psychotherapy at the University of Regensburg.

Exclusion criteria: No medical records available.

MeasureTime frame
- Characterization of the change in the number of patient contacts of the emergency department at the Clinic and Polyclinic for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Regensburg between the years 2019 to 2021 in order to improve and differentiate the range of treatment - Quantification of multiple admission - Correlation of the hospitalisation with the Bayerisch Psychisch-Kranken-Hilfe-Gesetz. The data will be collected from the electronic hospital information system, statistical evaluated and stored pseudonimized - Influence of the Corona pandemic on emergency presentations..

- Characterization of the patients regarding age and gender, date of presentation, migration background, attendance of caregivers - Retrospective statistical analysis of the reason for presentation - Descriptive evaluation of the diagnostic distribution - Correlation of emergency presentations with non-suicidal self-injury - Inpatient admissions from crises
