Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: min. IQ of 85

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People that already practices yoga or group fitness non-native german speakers

Questionnaires before the four week intervention trial: Perceived Stress Scale (PSS): Questionnaire to record perceived stress; 14 items, German version Positive and Negative Affect Schedule (PANAS): Questionnaire to record emotional state of mind; 21 items, German version Physical Self-Inventory (PSI): Questionnaire to record the physical self-concept; 21 items, German version Performance test system-2 (LPS-2): test system for cognitive skills; 11 subtests. The LPS-2 consists of two versions (A & B) which are randomly assigned to the participants in the first session.
