Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: acute respiratory symptoms (cough, sore throat) and one of three: dyspnea, age > 60, relevant comorbidity (Diabetes, cardiovascular or chronic pulmonary) and Temperature > 37.3°C or lymphopenia < 1.1 G/L

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: not able to consent, lack of informed consent, unstable Patient, age < 18yrs
