Group 1: Patients with addiction and other high-risk behaviour for chronic hepatitis c and confirmed HCV-infection supported to start a DAA HCV therapy in one of the local gastroenterological centers.

Inclusion criteria: Patients with addiction 18 years of age or older at the start of the observation Informed consent form signed: no=stop / yes
