Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: appropriate age group, no participation in other studies during the period of the present study, and approval from the respective employee council and management level of the institution that employee's participation is allowed

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: taking part in only one workshop and/or not fill in the questionnaires appropriately (<70% answers)

MeasureTime frame
Intervention-related changes in physical activity, well-being, motivation, volition and self-efficacy are expected after the first workshop and after another five months (after the refresher workshop). Measurement tools are: - Accelerometry (ActivPal) - physical activity diary - HAPA questionnaire to assess motivation, volition, self-efficacy and stage classification - Health Questionnaire (FEW-16) - Nordic questionnaire Measurements are conducted one week before the first and second workshop and after another five months. The accelerometry and physical activity diary are recorded over seven consecutive days. Other questionnaires are fullfilled once during this week. We use online questionnaires.
