Group 1: The aim of this study is to determine by means of a postal survey whether complications have occurred after implantation of an antiluxation inlay, with a particular focus on inlay failure.

Inclusion criteria: Implantation of a partially coupled antiluxation inlay (DMC) as primary and secondary restoration
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Known cognitive impairment with diagnosed dementia
