Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Age> 18 years 130/80 mmHg - A written declaration of consent is available

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - insufficient psychological resilience (psychiatric treatment) - renal artery stenosis - Pregnancy - Pheochromocytoma - malignant hypertension - acute kidney failure - terminal renal failure (creatinine clearance 5.5 mmol / l - Transaminase increase - Coagulation disorders - Steroids in medication - Alcohol or medication abuse - Hypersensitivity or contraindications for the AT1 receptor blockers used

MeasureTime frame
Blood pressure target values ??in 24-hour ABDM after telemonioring intervention over 3 months.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Telemetric blood pressure curve under drug titration.
