Interventions

Group 1: Unrepaired patients with Tetralogy of fallot will recieve a cardiac MRI before and 3 months after repair operation, including T1 mapping and tissue phase mapping sequences to visualise fibros

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Informed consent of the patient or guardian, Tetralogy of Fallot, no further severe cardiac defects, planned operation or catheter intervention

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cardiorespiratory instability, typical contraindications against MRI-measurements
