Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Recommendation for participation by the attending doctor or nursing staff, nursing home resident, voluntary participation, ability to sit independently and upright, ability to follow easy instructions, ability to participate in group activities

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: lack of motivation, contraindication of participation expressed by the doctor and/or nursing staff

MeasureTime frame
All outcomes are measured prior to the start of the intervention (pretest), after the 12 week intervention (posttest) and after a waiting period of 12 weeks (follow-up test). T1-T3 assess parameters of mobility, physical activity, life-space, cognitive functions, orientation ability and psycho-social well-being.
