Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Seniors aged 65 and over written and spoken German Written consent of the participant to participate in the study The participant must be able to implement verbal instructions in motor skills The participant must be able to fully load the knee and/or hip TEP (OP at least 6 weeks ago) The participant must be able to stand and walk freely and without assistance The participant must be able to walk at least 30 m without his walking aid The participant must be able to walk at least 10 m without pain The participant does not suffer from an acute infection
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants < 65 years Lack of written and spoken German skills Lack of written consent of the participant to participate in the study The participant may only partially load The participant is not able to motorize verbal instructions The participant is not able to stand and walk freely and without assistance The participant is not able to walk at least 30 m without help The participant is not able to walk at least 10 m without pain The participant suffers from an acute infection

| H1 The results of the assessment tools: (1) the BORG scale, (2) the Timed-Up & Go test, (3) the Functional-Reach Test, (4) the finger-ground distance measurement, (5) the Sit-To-Stand test and (6) the hand force measurement (JAMAR®) after the first MoSi® training unit show significant changes in comparison to the results of the assessment instruments after the 10th training unit of the total five-week training phase. H2 The results of the FES-I questionnaire, which indicate an increased fear of falling within the activities of daily life, show a correlation with the results (1) of the BORG scale, (2) the Timed-Up & Go test, (3) the Functional-Reach Test, (4) the finger-ground distance measurement, (5) the Sit-To-Stand test and (6) the hand force measurement (JAMAR®) H3 Participants of the MoSi® Training & Prevention Program who report a fall in the last 12 months to = benefit less from MoSi® than those who have no history of falls. | — |
