Group 1: The patient is asked once to fill in the scores (Banff II score, Kujala score, Norwich patella score and VAS pain scale) on the questionnaires sent to him.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Patients with MPFL reconstruction and possible accompanying interventions - Age:> 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Known hereditary connective tissue diseases (e.g. Ehlers-Danlos syndrome) - Known neurogenic diseases - Significant other musculoskeletal disorders

Assessment of the result of the operation by the patient based on school grades and answering the question of whether he would have the operation performed again.	—
