Inclusion criteria: - signed declaration of consent for participating in the studies and processing of data - CCI = 4 points - fracture: = AO 44 B2/ Lauge- Hansen Grade II
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - CCI < 4 points - < AO 44B2/ Lauge-Hansen Grade II - proximal AO 44 C2 fracture - AO 44 C3 fracture - pathological fractures
