Group 1: The perfusion of the intestinal wall is measured using O2C® (LEA medical technology, Giessen) in colonoscopies and resecting intestinal/rectal interventions with primary anastomosis.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients in whom colonoscopy or abdominal surgery with partial bowel removal is required
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Minority, pregnancy, inability to consent, rejection of the patient or lack of information.
